Venue and Travel information
The conference will be held in Vilnius, Lithuania. The opening day with registration, opening keynote and reception will be held at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Saulėtekis Ave 11, Vilnius).
Distance from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University
- to Vilnius city center ~ 7 km;
- to the International Vilnius Airport ~ 15 km;
- to the bus and railway stations ~ 9 km.
Getting there from Vilnius International Airport
Vilnius International Airport is located approximately 6 km south of the city and 15 km away from the Conference venue.
Bus number 88 runs from Vilnius Airport through Old Town (Senamiestis) to the business center of Vilnius (Konstitucijos avenue).
Travel time from the airport to the city is 15 min, the price of a single ticket is € 1.00.
Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver and must be validated before taking a seat. Please consult http://www.vilniustransport.lt/en for more information.
Taxi Services
Alternatively, conference participants may use taxi services.
Vilnius Airport approved taxi rank can be found just in front of the arrivals terminal.
All taxi cabs accept cash and credit cards.
Public transportation in Vilnius

Accommodation
Participants are expected to organise their own travel and accommodation, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University will not reimburse these expenses.

Social Programme and Sightseeing Activities
The Organizing Committee will arrange several social events during the Conference.
The conference dinner will be organised for the participants in the evening of the first day of the Conference.
Excursion and other sightseeing activities will be organised.
